Rates & Booking

General:

Failure on your part to comply with any of the terms and conditions set out herein, shall entitle the lodge at its sole discretion and regardless of booking requirements and payments already received, to cancel or refuse to accept your booking. The Lodge shall not be liable and shall not be deemed to be in default for any failure of performance here under for any reasons beyond it's control. Such cases shall be deemed to include, without limitation, war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fires, explosions, terrorism, government acts or omissions, floods, tsunamis, regulations or order, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, epidemics, quarantine, restrictions and / or external labour troubles.

Rates:

• The above rates include 15% VAT
• The above accommodation rates include Breakfast.
• The above accommodation rates include Tourism Levy's as per the NTB legislation at 2% on BB
• The above rates are per person sharing per night and are in Namibia Dollar - NAD (equivalents to South African Rand - ZAR)
  Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Children Policy:

For safety reasons children under the age of 12 are not recommended, however should parents accept full responsibility for their children and ensure that the rules and regulations are enforced and that consideration for other guests will be maintained at all times, children are welcome to accompany their parents with a discounted rate of 50% of rack rate. Children under the age of 12 requiring their own bungalow will be charged full adult rates. One adult sharing with one child under 12 will be charged 1 x p/person rate & 1 x child rate (50% of rack rate). Date of birth of the child(ren) to be supplied when making the reservation to qualify for the child policy.
